We respect the right to privacy and work continuously to keep the data we process to a minimum and as secure as possible. However, in order for you to use our services, we need to process some personal data.

The personal data that is collected from our Platform is divided into the following categories:

Personal data of users and creators;
Personal data of visitors and of data obtained from a contact form;

Categories of data subjects

Users - Users of the Platform are person who create a profile in our Platform, and buy a product, offered by a Creator.
Creators – Creator in the Platform is person/company who creates and manages Creator account, in which he/she can sell the courses that he created.

Categories of personal data

When a person uses the services provided by our Platform, as a User or Creator, we will process the following personal data about that person:

When registering as a User - names, email address, country of origin;
To receive an invoice for a service used - names, social security number (or date of birth) and address;

We do not store or collect your bank account data! All payment methods are handled by Stripe.

Purposes and legal grounds for processing

We will process the personal data of the Users/Creators for the purposes of Identification of the person as a User/Creator. The legal basis for the processing is the fulfilment of pre-contractual and contractual obligations, in connection with the use of the service offered by the Platform and consent from the data subject.

We have lawful bases to collect, use and share data about you. You have choices about our use of your data. At any time, you can withdraw consent you have provided by going to settings. We will only collect and process personal data about you where we have lawful bases. Lawful bases include consent (where you have given consent), contract (where processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with you. Where we rely on your consent to process personal data, you have the right to withdraw or decline your consent at any time and where we rely on legitimate interests, you have the right to object.

Storage period

We keep information as long as we need it to provide our Products, comply with legal obligations or protect our or other’s interests. We will store the personal data received through our Platform during your registration as a User on our Platform and until the deactivation of your customer profile.

Recipients of personal data

We may share Users personal data with the following third parties: Company employees; computer and software service providers; providers of tax and accounting services and auditors; legal consultants and lawyers; State bodies of executive and judicial power;

PERSONAL DATA OF VISITORS AND OF DATA OBTAINED FROM A CONTACT FORM ("CONTACT US")

When we have received an inquiry from an individual through our contact form available on the Platform, we will use the contact details provided by them (names and email address) to contact them and provide them with the information or assistance they require. Personal data obtained through the contact form will be stored for a period of up to 6 (six) months from receiving of the relevant inquiry.

METHOD OF COLLECTION

Each visitor provides personally the personal data, entered or uploaded to the Platform. Visitors are not allowed to enter third party personal data without due authorisation by such third party. We do not monitor or control the content, entered or uploaded by the visitor. It is the visitor’s sole responsibility to provide and guarantee that the processing of personal data activities performed within our Platform are compliant with the requirements of the GDPR and other applicable personal data protection legislation.

WHY WE COLLECT PERSONAL INFORMATION

We shall use your personal data to in order for you to make a registration in our Platform and use the services that we provide; to inform you, via email, about any developments on our projects, to present to you our services and to request your opinion on topics related to our products and services, incl. via questionnaires, research forms, etc.

MINORS

We allow our Platform to be used only by persons aged 18 and over. If aged under 18, please ask for the assistance of a person aged at least 18 in order to use our Platform. If we obtain actual knowledge that we have collected personal data from a person under the age of 18, we will promptly delete it, unless we are legally obligated to retain such data. In order to be able to provide you with full assistance, please provide us with accurate information about you and specify your request. It is possible that, in the exercise of your rights, we may ask for additional information to establish your identity.

Please keep in mind that when your requests are clearly unreasonable or excessive, in particular because of their repeatability, we can:
